Today we are celebrating my dear friend Amy McGrew’s milestone of achieving
her 1,000th YouTube subscriber with a video collab. Because Amy has a bright and cheerful personality and loves bright colors the 9 papercrafters
who are participating are all creating a project with a bright and cheerful theme.
My project highlights the masking technique to create this cheerful floral
card. I walk you through the process step by step to create this card and then
show a couple other variations. Be sure to check out all of the other
YouTuber’s videos as well. You will find a link to each of their channels in
the description section at the bottom of my video.
Watch the video below to see the full process.
Here is a side view of the card so you can see the dimension a little better. You can even turn this type of card into a shaker card by adding some acetate and some confetti or sequins inside!
Here is a card I made using the die cut letters.
Of course I had to use the same technique to make a card for Amy.

This card was inspired by Heather Nichols. I loved her card so much that I had to recreate it with products that I had since I didn’t have any of the things that she used. LOL! Here is my version:I used CTMH’s Rustic Flowers and white craft paint for the petals of the flower. The…
