Happy Mother’s Day!

My mom is the most amazing woman I know. She is smart, beautiful, kind, has a heart of gold, and is a wonderful mother and grandmother! She is also one of the strongest people I know. She was widowed twice before the age of 60, has battled breast cancer and skin cancer, weathered through the Northridge earthquake, and can even handle watching BOTH of my kids at the same time! She is one strong lady! *Ü* This is the first year in a long time that I won’t get to spend Mother’s Day with her. But, my younger brother in New Jersey has the honor of spoiling her this year, so she won’t be alone. (Take good care of her Stephen!)
I love you Mom. Have a wonderful day.
xoxo

This is a photo of Mom & me on Mother’s day a couple of years ago. (Sorry it is so blurry.)

I love this picture because it shows four generations. It was taken on my daughter’s 1st birthday before my grandmother passed away. (I know it wasn’t the best hair day for any of us, but I still love it.)

This one was taken last year at the La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, CA. Mom took me there to celebrate my 40th birthday. The photo was taken right after we each had a massage. Pure bliss!

  1. Love your 4 generations photo! I have 2 photos like that. One when *I* was the baby, and one with my mom, daughter and grandaughter. Love those keepsakes!
