Convention Bound

| |

I know I haven’t posted much lately, but soon you’ll see why. I have been busy creating “top secret” artwork for the CTMH Convention that I will be able to share with you soon.

The good news is that I will be leaving tomorrow for the Happiest Place on Earth! Yes, our annual Convention is actually right here in Southern California at the Disneyland Hotel this year! How awesome is that? I get to drive! (Which is a good thing because I have lots of artwork to transport and I have no idea how I would get it all on a plane.)

If you haven’t already, be sure to visit my CTMH Facebook page and click the “like” button so you can get updates while I am gone. I will try to post as much as I can, although I know my days will be packed with fun classes all day long. Once the new Idea Book is unveiled on Thursday, I will be able to share some of the fun projects I have been working on.

Have a fabulous week! (I know I will!)

I know you, like me, have probably been watching the news about the devastation in Japan from the earthquakes and tsunami. • Distressed Card

I made this card a few years ago and just found it again. I thought it was a fun way to show how to distress white core cardstock with sandpaper. The card is super simple and can be made with those little cardstock scraps you have lying around. I suggest that you cut your cardstock…

  • Cheerful Daisies Card

Have you ever seen the movie You’ve Got Mail? There is a scene where Meg Ryan who plays Kathleen Kelly, says, “Don’t you think daisies are the friendliest flower?” I love that movie and I love daises. I DO think they are the friendliest flower and they make me happy! This cheerful card was created…
