Every Little Thing “Dose of Happy” Card

| | | |
While I had my September Stamp of the Month (Random Act of Cardness) out on my desk, I thought I’d make a card using the pretty new Every Little Thing paper. I used the circle stamp, the floral stamps, and the stitched line stamp from the Some Kind of Wonderful stamp set as well. I stamped the images with Intense Black ink. Then I die cut the large flowers using the Some Kind of Wonderful Thin Cuts. I cut the large circle out using the 3″ circle die from the Shaker Window & Confetti Thin Cuts set.
I added a little color to some of the leaves with the lightest and middles sections of the Green Turquoise TriBlend Marker. I adhered the large flower cluster to the card with some Thin 3-D Foam Tape. I stamped a few of the tiny flowers in Wisteria ink and then added a small dot of Waterfall Stickles to the center of the flowers to finish it off.
I thought the sentiment from the Random Act of Cardness stamp set worked perfectly with the happy, cheery paper from the Every Little Thing Collection.

  1. I love this! It’s so classy – not overdone but just perfect. I have to use my Some Kind of Wonderful stamp set… haven’t made it that far yet. This is definitely inspiration to do just that!
