A Sweet Surprise from Alaska

| |

One of the sweetest things about going on the Alaska Incentive Trip* was getting to spend time with friends and fellow demonstrators. My sweet friend Christine surprised me with this adorable card, and I just love it!

I can’t believe I forgot to share this card last month, but better late than never! Christine Adams used the beautiful Waterside Retreat Designer Series Paper and the Party Alphabet Dies to create this fun slimline card. I love how she die cut the letters to spell ALASKA right from the DSP, letting the gorgeous patterns and colors take center stage.

She also fussy cut the cute little life preserver and the fish from one of the DSP patterns and added them to the card with Dimensionals. I also love how she carried the DSP over to the envelope flap, which is such a fun way to coordinate the envelope with the card and add an extra special touch.

This card is a wonderful reminder of an amazing trip and the special friendships that made it even more memorable. Thank you, Christine, for this sweet keepsake! 💕

*Fun fact: Less than 1% of demonstrators earn the incentive trips.
