Create Kindness Mini Cards and Box

| | | | | | | | |

I am having lots of fun with Close to my Heart’s Create Kindness promotion this month! The cards in the kit are so quick and easy to make! Did you know that you can order the cards and the mini stamps separately if you don’t want to get the full kit? You can also order extra cards if you already have the kit and want to make more.

I made a set of four cards using four of the different stamps from the Create Kindness kit. After I stamped the images on the white cardstock circles that come with the pre-printed card bases, I colored them with various ShinHan Touch Twin markers. Then I cut a scallop circle from different colored cardstock (Pansy, Raspberry, Sweet Leaf, and Lagoon) and double matted them with Thin 3-D Foam Tape. I added a few Clear Bitty Sparkles to finish them off.

I wanted a little gift box that would hold the four cards and envelopes, so I resized the box I created for my August project kit. I cut the top of the box from a piece of Raspberry polka dot paper from the Adventure Paper Fundamentals pack and the bottom of the box from a piece of black cardstock. I used the Enjoy—Create Kindness stamp on the top of the box and matted it to a black cardstock scallop square.

Here is a link to the Design Space file if you’d like to make the box. The scallop circle and the scallop square are from the Artbooking Cricut cartridge.
