Daisy Card

| |

This card was inspired by Heather Nichols. I loved her card so much that I had to recreate it with products that I had since I didn’t have any of the things that she used. LOL! Here is my version:I used CTMH’s Rustic Flowers and white craft paint for the petals of the flower. The stem is a curvy one from the June SOTM that I straightened out on the block. (Gotta love acrylic stamps for that reason alone.) I used Sweet Leaf ink to stamp the stem and the leaves which are from the Cottage Floral set. The buttons that I planned to use were the Buttercup buttons from the Winter pack but I didn’t have three the right size, so I improvised by using CTMH’s clear buttons and adding some Buttercup cardstock to the back with Liquid Glass. Then I added a bit of Hemp. The base cardstock is Desert Sand. I then layered White Daisy and Bamboo CS after I distressed the edges with an Edge Distresser. The final touch was the sentiment from the May SOTM in black ink.
