Childhood ABC Mini Album

| | | | | |

Two of my favorite CTMH products will be retiring at the end of the month—the Childhood Picture My Life Cards and the My Creations Mini Books. I made this fun mini album for my daughter highlighting her Kindergarten years using both. Considering she is going into 4th grade next month, I thought it was time to finally do something with her school photos. She LOVES looking through this mini album.

To create the cover I trimmed down one of the PML cards that says, “Dream Big Little One” and matted it to some cardstock. The pencil was cut out of another PML card and popped up with some 3-D Foam Tape. I cut the yellow cardstock ruler background using the Artbooking Cricut cartridge.

I created the title on the front page using the font from the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge (which is also retiring soon) and attached it to one of the journaling cards from the Childhood PML set.

The best part of the Childhood PML cards is that not only are there super cute image cards, journaling cards, and cards with fun sayings on them, but there are also cards with every letter of the alphabet with a sweet word for each one which is perfect for a Kindergarten album.

I am going to miss making these quick and easy mini albums! I just may need to stock up on some MY Creations Mini Books before they are gone. *Ü*
Here is another fun idea using any left over PML cards that you may have.

  1. Hi Lisa-this Patty V-haven't talked with you for awhile. I have been looking for mini albums ideas like this and did a search and found your postVery nicely done. Did you pri your photos out 3×4 or trim them to that size? How many pages are in these albums?

They both have a sturdy chipboard cover; spiral-bound. Includes 10 mini page protectors (5 each of 2 designs) that hold either one 4" x 6" or two 3" x 4" Picture My Life™ cards or photos. Some of the photos I trimmed down and some of them I printed a little smaller on my printer at home.
